Better news for power!

We have swapped to ethanol E85 fuel with 12 PSI and the numbers are at best: 410 HP and 460 TQ. These numbers occur at a very usable ~5200rpm and ~4200rpm respectively.

Tom from SSM says this will drive similar to a nitrous car, but with the benefit of not having to refill any bottles :)

I WILL POST A YOUTUBE VIDEO IN THE DAY OR TWO WITH MORE DETAILS ABOUT THE BUILD. Be sure to check it out: www.YouTube.com/c/TSSRace

Would take a 2.3 eb 25psi to make those numbers!

Picked up the car from MPT last week. Unfortunately Mike kept telling me that he does not trust this setup long term. There are a few small bugs that couldnt get worked out. These issues were due to the small turbos spooling up so fast and having too much back pressure on the top end.

On the other hand, the car drives amazing during daily driving and is a rocket when in full boost! There are a few quirks such as speed limiters set in place for when the wheels start spinning so that the turbos dont continue to spool, and an occasional backfire when decelerating. I will post a YouTube video in the future with my full thoughts on my owner review.

Sounds like you need to do something for exhaust and turbo's are vastly undersized. Might be time for something bigger since its in a pony car? :D

get rid of that stock exhaust setup its causing your restriction the turbos themselves create backpressure your only doubling it with full exhaust i went with custom 3" all the way out you may also want to get meth injection you can also upgrade the compressor wheel on the turbos

We believe the back pressure is due to a different head design between the 3.5 EB and the 3.7's. The 3.5 has a tab on their heads that will compensate for the back pressure forcing it to exit through the exhaust. Also, 3.7's not having direct injection does not help as well...

So simple solution would be to weld a pressure valve somwhere in the exhaust to bleed off backpressure at high rpm
