I had SW and swapped to ARH. The SP and SW are solid headers. However, with that being said the SP and SW have a tinny/header ping noise that the ARH do not. I couldnt stand that noise and I swapped. For me ARH hands down.

Just a correction here, LTs are NOT illegal for street use in all 50 states. If you have HF cats with LTs and you're here in NJ, and your car has more than 50,000 miles and is older than 5 model years, then it is perfectly legal to remove the manifolds and OEM cats and replace them with LT headers and HF cats. Meaning, a 2010 Mustang GT with LTs and HF cats should be able to go thru DMV and pass at least that part of the inspection. You might fail if you have a tune in the ECU because the ECU will be in "Unreadiness Mode" but that is a different thing.
Same here in Ohio! Think I would move if I had to deal with that shit! Wait, I did...I'm from California :headbonk:Glad I live where the free get to be free lol.

I have SP headers and I definitely notice this noise. The ARH headers don't have this sound?I had SW and swapped to ARH. The SP and SW are solid headers. I'd say you hear that noise way more from the front than the back. Its valvetrain noise, I believe.SW no cats 3inch all the way to SW catback..haven't noticed the tinny noise or don't notice it..
but texas has those ugly ass front plates... ewwGlad I live where the free get to be free lol.

In my experience with my 2013 GT (Long tubes are actually going on my 2016 GT next mod), the BEST reason to buy them in my opinion is for sound. Long tubes on a Coyote sound like pure sex at wide open throttle with the right mufflers. You will feel a low end to mid range torque gain with them even seat of the pants but the gains are not usually massive especially in the higher rpms vs just deleting the cats on the factory shorties. 8-10 whp gains seem to be the norm on NA Coyotes vs just cat deletes and around 16-18 whp overall gains discounting tuning. If you do long tubes do them for the same reason people listen to 1000 sound clips before deciding which mufflers to purchase. Make the car sound like you want it to! I'm not expecting massive gains in power with them but I love the sound enough that I'll gladly do another header install on a Coyote (It's honestly not as bad as most make it out to be.support american labor. at least get stainless works if you are looking at SP...since SP is chinese labor.
for me it would sw or arh. arh is what I really really want...just still hesitate on buying headers.
