Only thing on my wishlist for '16 would be rear Brembo calipers. If not only just for aesthetics...

For '17-18 I would fully expect to see the 3.5l ecoboost available. As much as 500 HP and 500 ft lb tq.

I really don't care what year they include it, but I really want to see high beams like those that BMW recently showed off. They use some sort of laser system and even though your high beams are on, they do not blind oncoming traffic, while still maintaining the field of view from highs.

I would love for them to get 100hp per liter on the 5.0. I suspect they can do it, it's just a matter of time. It would also be nice if they included a supercharged or Ecoboost 5.0/5.2/5.4 that's covered under warranty from the factory.

I expect the backend will be the first thing revamped along with a CS style grill at some point. The standard GT badge on the rear is just so boring.

Maybe in 2020 do a major redesign refesh with a front wheel drive base V6 Coupe with better gas millage. Have leather and a sunroof as an options for the base V6 Coupe. Also have an all touch screen digital dash were the speedometer and RPM were digital along with a HUD. No nobs at all in the dash the radio and air conditioning controls would be all touchscreen. Include the touch screen sync in the all digital dash. Maybe not even have a CD in the car. Everything would be cloud based. Keep the GT as reel wheel drive.

Why would they go through the trouble of such a drastic redesign and have a split platform? I don't think the numbers would support such a move.

I would do this:

2016: Do a version called the 5.0 Fox or Fox 5.0. A stripper version like the old LX cars.
2017: Flux Capacitor
