I think you have an issue. I have a 19 GT a10 too. If I do a WOT pull at any point, it has no issues at all. Had it 80 to 150 with no issues you’re describing

I'm starting to wonder if you have a catalyitic converter melted down and is blocking exhaust. I had this happen on a high mile car, idled and drive perfect, until it hit a certain rpm under load. The converter had a rattle sound to it as well.
Somehow I think if it was a restricted cat issue, it wouldn't pull strong below 80 as well because the engine wouldn't even be able to hit the 7500 rpm redline.

Following this. Could it possibly be in transport mode or some sort of dealer mode? That wouldn't involve the key I don't think. BTW, I have no idea what the parameters of transport mode (if this car has one) are. Just a guess..

Maybe, but i think i just heard a rattle and let off. I havent had chance to go WOT, its either raining or kids w/me. Soon i hope. ill post results. 0-90 i have no issues, acceleration feels good. I either hit rev limiter (posible on an auto in D) or like i said a rattle and i just let off.

Again - ty to everyone, wife thinks im crazy but i know i hear sounds and wanna fix them... lol.

Got my car back from the dealer - 1st thing i noticed was the trans was acting different - they must have reset the battery. So far its a good thing. 2ed they do hear the rattle under the car, said it seems to be from the passenger side. That is good news as i am not crazy and there is a rattle. Next good thing is that it is covered under warranty. Bad news is i have to drop off Monday. They are going to take apart the exhaust and order parts they need - Resonator? ill know more on that next week. It was odd- it was like they never work/see mustangs. they all kept telling me how nice it was and all that, im thinking they want me to buy a truck... More updates to follow.... thanks again to those who responded.

Dropped car off Monday 9/27 - Talked to the service writer today... She said "its the transmission pump" and it was or is or had something to do with high temps. I never saw my trans temp over 203ish - never had limp mode or any issues. Does this sound familiar? Could it make a rattle? Good thing is its all warrantied so that's a +.... i hope to get it back fri 10/1 but idk...

It is not unusual for that to happen.

not sure if anyone reading :p but... dealer called. Still not done, flywheel is bad, and if they knew how bad it was last week they would not have let me take car out last weekend... I wonder how close i came to blowing my trans. To me everything was running fine. Ugh.

What driving mode and what gear are you in? 85 mph in 10th gear does not have a lot of torque. Try 4th gear at 85.
