That one they actually allow for any oil that meets their WSS-M2C931-C spec, for the GT500s. I imagine the standard mustang is similar.

Did you what was it about?
I answer a question saying if you tried the amaoil filter. Much more available.
The answer was that the recommended filter by ford is the 2087.
And i said ..ford also suggest motorcraft 5w20 for mustang... Meaning that doesnt mean the amsoil filter doesn't work.
I've been using amsoil since 1000miles on my gt500. And still here.
