Who has ordered Spare wheel/tire?

The spare doesn't fit over the front brakes. That's why it's not included. Wasn't included in 11-14 brembo cars either.

I would expect the spare tire to fit over the standard brakes for sure, regardless of the wheel size. If it is just the new Brembos that it now doesn't fit over, then I wonder why the 20s would be excluded, as they should be using the same standard brakes.

It's not always just the diameter. In fact, as I recall, it's the flange height that's the problem. Aka, the brembos stick out farther than the standard calipers.

Yes, correct...that was my point for the cars equipped with the 20s. They don't have the Brembos, and yet in the order guide, you can't equip the car with the spare. This leads me to believe that the deletion was for weight saving purposes when the 20s are chosen.

Here's my plan around the issue:
#1. When the stock tires wear out, get 4 new wheels and tires all 305/30/20/10.5 et.TBD
#2. Put a single 225/45/19x7 with a cheap-o wheel and tire in the spare location.
#3. If I get a flat I (If needed move front tire to rear and) put spare on front.
#4. Remove when racing.

Well damn they should offer free roadside assistance then for 3 years like Hyundai does since they don't use spares either...just the run flat kits.

The mini spare works fine. I've had occasion to use it on a temporary basis. The standard 3/36 includes roadside assistance.

Why can't they design the wheel well to fit a full spare? Annoying that my 1997 car carries a full spare, but I can't get a full spare to fit in a new car. I like a full spare for long road trips, it is very different from having the peg leg.

This has been a trend over the years not just for Ford, but other manufacturers as well. Weight savings has got to be part of it.

OK...so if you want a spare for our 2015, it's extra? I thought the PP couldn't get a spare at all (thought it was due to space in the truck for the spare or something).

Basically what I'm asking is can you get a full spare with an EB Premium with PP if you want to pay extra?

Others have mentioned it potentially being because the larger front Brembo brakes.

The GT PP has staggered tires; however, the Eco PP does not have staggered tired (atleast they arent mentioned on the order guide). If so, then why would the Eco PP prevent a spare from being ordered with the car? Doesn't the Eco PP upgrade the brakes to that of the Mustang GT (sans the GT PP larger brakes)?
