Hi,

I had my front right tire go flat and I put on the factory spare wheel and tire on. I have an 2016 Ecoboost with the Premium Package.

I have to drive from Atlanta to Warner Robins tomorrow, and it’s 115 miles at about 80mph. Any issues with doing this with the spare? I’ve read 50 miles and 50 mph, but that was on a dohnut spare tire which what i have is not. My plan would be to drive carefully, and then replace it on Saturday so I don’t miss out on work.

Below is the article i found on this.

what kind of spare do you have ? A full size spare in the trunk would need to be secured somehow for safety reasons.

Look at the spare tire. It will tell you the speed it is limited to. You do not want to exceed that speed/distance. What does your owners manual say? What do the directions in the spare tire area tell you ? I had a large yellow sticker on my last car with the speed and distance data right on the spare wheel. Your best bet is to get the flat repaired and then make the drive, as noted above, for safety reasons.
