Ok I'm wondering what the MAIN item that produces the HP is with these kits...I'm seeing huge differences in HP from what looks like basically the same kits, 72lb injectors, 132tb etc....do headers really add that much? What is the difference between Dat Boi and 642 hp, vs Jmeo @765 hp and others....what am I missing?

Dat boi has an auto trans vs a manual. He was also getting some false knock, could be from aftermarket timing gears or some other valve train noise otherwise he would easily been 700rwhp+. Gsx and jmeo both have manuals.

The 3.625" vs 3.75" makes 15-25rwhp more, long tubes will make another 15-30. 93 vs 91 is another 30-40. Our 100% stock manual kits with stock exhaust, 3.75" are consistently making 700-710rwhp out of the box on 93. 670-680 on 91.

Our kits are very consistent.

Yes but we can only do so many at a time so we are handling normal kits first then updates for customers. Note that currently it's only available for our 132tb and 72lb inj so if you don't have these, you will need to upgrade.

We have many request already so we are starting to send them out now.

Ok so basically since I have an auto, I'm pretty much always gonna be less than a manual, so with an auto with just a catback, no headers or pipes on a stock kit, with 3.75" I'm looking at around 630-640? BTW I wasn't questioning the kit itself, just wondered why the differences were so much...I know it's a well done kit.

That's correct, about 6-8% difference from manual to auto at the rear tires due to the extra mechanical loss. But in the 1/4 you will normally be faster :)

All testing was done with the 3.625", we've got 20k on car 1 and 15k on car 2. We then have 25k on the f150 with lots of similar parts. All with the 3.625". So yes you can, we went to the 3.75" for added margin. The issue with our horrid 91 octane is that you will want to flip the octane adjust to lower the nominal spark so you won't gain as much as the guys with 93. More like 15-20rwtrq and 10-15rwhp for the smaller sc pulley.

Add a can of vp octaniumn and you can gain about 60rwhp.

Ok thanks, I don't see an option for pulley size on the kit, that isn't the same thing as the 10 rib option is it? I'm also confused on the tb, what size is the standard one? the upgraded one says 1900 cfm, is that the 132? Sorry I'm so clueless

Yes like Whipple said my car was getting false knock plus its a auto vs manual & i was on a mustang dyno vs a dynojet i believe. I will have it back on the dyno soon, but for now my quarter mile times are good enough for me.

All kits come with 3.75", 3.625" has to be purchased separately. We recommend always starting with that as a baseline and then changing pulley if you need more later.

10-rib is a great option, looks killer and comes with an ati balancer but not needed for any stock application.

There is either the stock tb or our 132mm tb which flows up to 1900cfm. No other throttle body options currently.

It's currently Whipple only as its specific to the torque model of our sc, injectors, throttle body, etc. it could be done to others but it's a lot of work, time and know how so at this point it will only be with our sc.

Can you run the 3.5 pulley on 93 octane? The engine should be able to handle one more lb. of boost with the right octane.

Can you run the 3.5 pulley on 93 octane? The engine should be able to handle one more lb. of boost with the right octane.

With octane adjust you could.
