I'm on the fence. Kinda wanting to see what Ford is going to offer for the next Mach or GT500 before I make a decision but I will say that the 350 is definitely worth it. Another thing to consider is resale value. If I had wrecked my old GT, I would've lost my ass but my insurance damn near paid...
LOL. Yes you did a good job on those heads. If you feeling like the picture you posted, I know an easy way you can redeem yourself. Get ahold of some GT350 heads, port and polish the piss out of them, and post before and after flow bench tests. Bam, you are redeemed.
BNDautomotive.
I'm very sceptical but have seen some corvette and srt guys swear by it, saying they can run 100 octane tunes on pump gas/aces IV and not see detonation. I also seen were one guy with a 2011 Mustang GT tested it on a dyno and gained 5 or 6 hp by adding the aces IV. It supposedly...
I was thinking the new holly intake modified with a flange to except the Cobra jet mono blade throttle body and Revauto's CAI would be a good option? That with some custom grinds and ported heads would get us close to 600whp.
Very interested! Why not post in the GT350 section?
And I agree with Voodooo, Some cam and intake manifold options would really help make this port job shine.
You can count me in if these can go into production. I'd much rather install these than let Ford replace my junk oil lines with a little bit better junk.
Lol. Good job on the video!
Forgot what thread or who posted it but someone on this forum gave some helpful hints when doing your own oil change. One that helped minimize the mess when screwing the filter off was to pierce a small hole in the bottom corner of the filter before loosening it...
I read that Borla's 1st few shipments had some fitment issues and the bends looked bad. Have they fixed those issues? I know they had to get another car in to address the problems but haven't heard if they made any changes.
I stand corrected. Based on the diagram Epiphany posted, it appears the oil is not filtered before it enters the pump. With all the bearing material I found in the oil on my 1st oil change, I can definitely see this being a cause for pump gear failures. I still think powder forged gears are to...
