Call Whipple, have your vehicle info and Whipple kit serial number ready. They'll get one shipped out to you.

I believe that's a Gates #36101 idler pulley. Check your Installation manual, or just remove the pulley for the part number. You may be able to locate one locally.

The gates 36101 is the idler on the driver side and it’s steel the one I need is aluminum seen in this section of manual and of course there’s no mention of the part number

If you cant wait, press the bearing out of the pulley and take it to a local Auto parts store and find a match. Just make sure its automotive grade.

It could be the same size bearing that comes out of the #36101.

I had one of those idlers fail on my Whipple kit in under 2000 miles. Disappointing. Whipple did send out a replacement without hesitation. I plan to get the bearings out of the old one at some point so I can make a spare.

The paperwork with the replacement called it a ‘billet smooth idler’ with no part number.

You are running the 6rib so just take off the idler and take it to parts store and they will give you a new one. I bet you a stock idler will work

Make sure the pulley is properly torqued. Don't overtighten.
