A very good idea. Those tires really suck.
I'd really like to know from an objective standpoint, why. I've seen plenty of summer tyre reviews where they place well, so I'm not really sure what the reasons for this negative opinion are. I'm not disputing it, but I'd like to understand it. What is it that people are negative towards?

If you want an opinion from an 'average' user (one that does not race at every traffic light :) ) they seems good to me. Now here temp is about 2-3° C above zero, I drive carefully and until now they are ok.
Probably if you go 7k at every acceleration they are not so good and you need different tires! :D

I heard so many bad opinions about the P Zero's tyres... Under this circumstances I'm wondering to try to sell them and buy some better ones.
I'll get my car on winter tyres so those P Zero's will be almost brand new :frusty:

Send me a PM with your price for the tires including shipping to Malmo in Sweden!
Where in Poland are they located?

Wheels are properly secured now.

I must say the P Zeroes haven't been giving me real issues, it's just that I like to have peace of mind. Besides, I'm going to get myself some extra rims for summer anyway and I'm guessing it'll be easier to shop for a set of wheels + matching tires. I have noticed 9" wide 19" rims are not all that common. Most are 8.5" wide.

Last night I had my first -2 Celsius drive on country roads and had to make the decisions to put it in snow/wet mode just to get home safely.

It's always fun when your tires spin at the stop light because you have too much power. /cool mode on. But that defies the logic of tuning your car :))
In any case, the Pirellis do have a shitty grip, but I like them because I try to drift round town so I need them to not grip. Maybe when I'll do a turbo swap I'll change the tires also to some semislicks. I don't race so don't need grip and the tires can handle 400 hp without issues.

No winter tires for me this year. Saving money for tune, IC and CAI. Next year :)

To come: EB Fastback Magnetic
Today our winter tires were fitted: Vredesstein Wintrac Xtreme 235/45.
Price arround 900 EUR - a lot of money...

Was first thinking about an additional set of alloys for the winter tires but availability/options are not huge (although if you surf the net a lot of options seem to be available but when you order you get other info...) and minmal 1000 EUR for a set...

Happy with the Vredesstein's - traction is a HUGE differance :)

Ow yea the Vreds are v good. I have a pair of 225 45 17 on my Superb.
900 for all is not that pricey, considering how good they are.

They measured my summer tires before they put them in storage and my rear tires were worn down 'a bit' more than my fronts  Am I doing it right?
