thank you for clarifying!Just to do a little clarifying since I think there's somewhat skewed information in here. Not totally wrong, but just a little twisted around...
We actually have customers putting down great times in the Automatic 2015 GT's on tunes we sell from Bama. I'm not sure where the information is being passed around that there's a ton missing in the SCT software, but it's not 100% true.
All of the necessary parameters are in the software to make a car go fast. In fact, all of the necessary parameters are in SCT's software in order to give a car a killer street/strip tune. Bama just had a customer run a 12.3 in their 2015 Auto with noting but a Cold Air Intake and a 93 octane Bama V2 Race Tune and Nitto 555's (not 555R's).
From what we've seen the Bama team uses multiple pieces of software and any time they found something that they've needed to properly calibrate, they've notified SCT and had it added. They're one of the reasons that new parameters are coming out every day. I'd love to hear about any specific "missing parameters" that are holding SCT tuners back. The results say otherwise - strictly from a device standpoint, not talking about quality of tunes or starting a war with anyone here.
Again from a device-standpoint, the SCT tuner is far better in terms of functionality than what else is currently out there IMO.
Hope this helps!
