Sorry, but I dont quite know where to post this ... Has anyone been able to reprogram the line lock to allow for an increased usage time before it times out?
I cant say enough good things about my experience with Lund and Beefcake. I had the stock ProCharger tune all last summer and switched to what would essentially be a "Beefcake Special" a month ago.
Even if you just want to run the HO kits ~8psi i would recommend a Lund tune just from a...
My question exactly ... I've run it on every other FI car I've owned and its been fantastic. But noone on here talks about it.
I'd like to get it setup on my car...
I got mine through Beefcake ... great pricing and service.
Very pleased with the ProCharger kit both HO Complete with Pro Charger Tune and now with what would essentially be a "Beefcake Special" : http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=56904
Me too, I asked about this a few months ago (For my ProCharger) and didnt get a whole lot of useful feedback. So Hopefully this thread gets a little more traction.
Yes, same pulley. Sorry for the delay, the wife and I were away for the weekend and I wasnt checking any emails.
ProCharger - Sorry, I wasnt trying to knock the off the shelf tune ... and as stated, with headers and different injectors, it was not an apples to apples comparison.
Yeah, the low end torque is definitely noticeable.
I wouldnt mind taller gears some times ... other times I like the shorter gears, makes the car really fun to drive a lot of the time.
Ive had my ProCharger HO kit (HO Kit, upgraded to Stage 2 Intercooler - not a complete Stage 2 Kit) installed for over a year now - running their tune. You can read my initial review of this kit here, running their tune: http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=19934

Is anyone running a different manifold with their centri setup? Dyno results?
I dont really want to pick away at the wheel hop situation, I want to just sort of take care of it in one big lump.
I assume I want:
CB005
TR005
TCA045
Do I also need to order any of the following, or is it just redundant:
BK047
BK049
BK055
Anything else I want to get coming at the same time...
I have the same issue. It drive me nuts.
I find it to be worse when the car is not 100% up to temp.
I find that putting it in track mode reduces (not eliminates) the issue ... so I drive everywhere in track mode. All RaceKor all the time.
Im hoping a custom tune this winter eliminates...
It looks like theirs is just a KB blower ... so that would be keeping it more in line with the packaging, per-se ...
That being said, you're technically still deviating from their packaging, so rather than worrying about marketability, why not just choose the blower thats right for you? Decide...
80 degrees is not cool.
30 seconds under 5-8psi (wot) will generate an insane amount of heat. - You would see an appreciable amount of heat soak and power loss WITH an intercooler. I cant imagine what it would be like without one.
