Some would say it’s actually called ‘divorcing’ ...:cwl:
That's funny as hell ..............you know it goes on. Most likely starts off with honey I bought (charged) XYZ today for the Mustang....

it needs tassels. Maybe a pin wheel. I gotta wonder why not just make it a triangle and lay it flat instead of standing it on end?
Probably be cute with a Hardee's Star as well..............:like:

I think the Sharkfin looks way better that the odd round blob that used before which didn't flow with the design at all. Of course the decision behind that is just using one part for all Ford models, so the Mustang gets the same sharkfin as a Mach E, Puma, S-MAX, Kuga, Explorer, Focus and every other new Ford model.

Believe me, if I were single and younger ............... She is a single mom of 35. Her 17 yr old son is a gearhead. She's a close friend of my oldest and his wife. Highly motivated and a hard worker. She's one objective. To see her son through college she's said. :sunglasses:

Shark-fins are like cowlicks that refuse to be combed flat, and the only cars I can think of offhand that they'd be stylistically integral with would be a 1959 Plymouth or Cadillac. Big shark-finny tailfins for the rear quarters and a mini-me for the roof.

I'm sure that that odd round blob could have been given better styling. But it at least isn't as can't-miss-it visible from as many angles.

My wife's 2015 Edge has the shark fin.My 2019 GT has the blob (if that's what you want to call it). I like the blob over the fin, but it's kinda like what my wife makes for dinner every night "It's take it or leave it. Which do you want?".

Yeah, it reminds me of an old joke. A guy is on a plane and the stewardess asks him if he'd like something to eat.
"What can I choose?"
"Yes or no."

Changing the antenna for cost reduction purposes is one thing, but making the new one completely backwards-incompatible, with totally different holes in the roof, is a low blow.

Does the abomination incorporate all of the antennae in the car, like AM/FM and GPS, or is it just for SiriusXM?
If I remove it and plug the holes, will I lose everything, or just the satellite radio (which I don't want or need anyway)?

I believe it's all integrated.

I'm lucky I have one of the last few 2020 builds that has the old style antenna.

To me it sticks out like a sore thumb. :frown:
I'm willing to go through the trouble of covering the holes, as long as I only lose SiriusXM and DAB (which I don't need anyway). But if I lost FM and/or navigation that would be a different story.
