I live in the Pacific Northwest, and we get a lot of rain. I tend to prefer some kind of synthetic floormat in my vehicles for that reason.

Some of the reviews I've read of the Weathertech floormats for the S550 say that they can get in the way of the clutch pedal to some small extent.

Has that been a problem that anybody has experienced?

Anything else good or bad about the Weathertech Floormats on an S550?

I have weather tech in my 2020 manual and haven’t had an issue for the last 3 years.
i guess it could happen but they seem to fit tight and flush in my car.

They work fine with my A10 S550s but are absolutely a problem with both my manual GTs and manual Mach 1. It’s difficult to say if the problem was actually clutch pedal interference or the increased height of the WT mat snagging the heel of my size 14 shoe when operating the clutch. . I didn’t care enough to try and figure it out because either way I wasn’t going to put up with it so I just 86ed the WTs.

Note: in an effort to make the WTs work I bought a pair of those wimpy little girlie-man driving moccasins to hopefully minimize heel size so they wouldn’t drag. Didn’t work. You might be OK if you wear smaller shoes but my 14s were squarely in the no-fly zone.

One more note: Mustang pedals are not designed to work well with big feet in the first place. That’s just how it is.

I've had Weathertechs in my 2015 GT and in my 2016 GT350. Many miles driven year round and no problems.

I've had a bunch of WeatherTech floormats, but I have trouble getting them clean once dirty. I got some MaxSpider's for my Mach 1 and I love them. They seem to clean up better too. Really tight fit.

I put them in my Ram and it was really bad for the first week or so and then a little piece of the mat wore down and it completely stopped. Once that got sorted out they were the best mays I’ve ever had.

I agree it's difficult to get the WeatherTechs looking like new once they get dirty and scuffed up.

I live in the PNW and put them in my GT350. No problems at all, and it keeps the mud and stuff off the carpet

No problem with the Weather Tech floor liners in my 2019 GT-350. My wife actually got them for me as a Christmas gift.
To clean them up I use Westleys Bleach White and a scrub brush.
They look like new.
Only problem with the floor liner is that if you run the power seat all the way forward to access the back seat, then they are pushed forward about 1/2 inch.
Remedy would be to cut the back down about a 1/4 inch to clear the power seat, but no short people drive the car so it’s not a problem

drill brush + adam's wheel and tire cleaner made mine look brand new. And it's fun to use too lol

Seems like a lot of work compared to rinsing them off or a quick brush with the left over car wash soap.

Wheel & tire cleaner and a stiff tire brush is all I use. Works great.

I have Weathertech floor liners in my manual GT for four years and never had any problems at all.
