Should I set an appointment with them first (I've been MIA since March) and give them a warning about filing a claim with the BB, or should I just file the claim with the BBB right now and wait? (Serious/Dumb question since I've never had to deal with something like this)

You have to notify them first in writing, at least in FL. Follow the instructions on the BBB Auto Line. I didn't notify Ford first which caused a delay in the process. I'm not giving Ford any chance to win on a technicality so I had to put my BBB claim on hold and send the notification.

So after dealing with the dealer where I bought the car and them saying there is nothing they can do after 6 days I took it to anther dealer today.

New service goes for a ride and says yeah I definetly feel something. Also show my body panels that arent aligned and paint chipping from to tight body panel. I leave the car.
The dealer calls me back 40min later saying they arent going to touch it and take it to the original place you got it. They started it they can finish it. Its a performance car its supposed to feel that way.
So I drove 35min there and have to go back later for nothing to be done again. Argued with him a good amount on the phone that tire noise and feel on the road is one thing but a vibration type feedback only present between 55-65 is not because its a performance car.
SO WTF DO I DO NOW? Oh and BTW I had my 2012 up to 203mph on the Autobahn not a single F'ng issue.

Have them put the Vibration Analyzer on it. It'll show the problem. They tried to tell me it was tires too.

Since you already have an ongoing issue with Ford, use the BBB auto line. File a complaint with them. Start the process. In the interim call Ford customer service, explain the issue and that you want to speak to a supervisor who can address your concerns. Have both going at the same time.

It sounds like when I originally took mine to the dealer. Told me it's supposed to feel that way. It's the tires. Excuse after excuse. I called the service hotline and their tone seemed change. I would definitely get in touch with customer service because it seemed like they cared much more after I did that.

Been down this same road. Do not be surprised if it doesn't resolve the problem. There is something wrong within the differential....where? Not sure. My car required the replacement of the whole differential assembly.

Im currently waiting on a call back from Ford escalating the issue once again.

I have had my car for roughly 2 weeks and have the exact same problem. I called the dealer today and the service manager made an appointment for me for tomorrow morning. Sad to say that after I read this thread last night, I could not sleep at all.

From the posts in this thread, I really hope that this is not the way Ford treats customers.

One other thing I noticed is that there is a slight "thud" when going from neutral to 1st at a dead stop. This is the only manual transmission that I have ever owned or driven that had a "thud" sound like this. It also sounds like it is coming from the rear end area of the car. Could this noise be in the differential? Does anyone else have this noise?

Confused

Today, one of the service personnel at the dealership that I purchased my car from said that they had never heard of the vibration issue and in the same conversation the Roush accessories department manager said that they had two cars in for that very issue recently - although he could not tell me what was done to resolve the vibration issue.

I am curious if Ford even has a knowledge base that dealers can use to research symptoms or trends. It seems with all the tech in their cars that the service departments should have some kind online dashboard that they can use to track trends like this vibration issue. At least the local service department would be able check into it.
