You still don't know what TSB is I can tell that just from your posts. To explain them to you is pointless.There you go ... any good dealership should have an experienced vibration guy, who would (hopefully) follow any documented trouble-shooting guidelines like those in the service manual.
Doesn't mean it always suffices 100% without a supplementary TSB. If that was the case, there would never have been the invention of TSBs, which are supposed to give even more details and guidelines beyond what's normanly in a basic service manual.
People who refuse to take there vehicle in makes it harder for Ford to see issue's or problems. Then go on forums ranting but do nothing how do this solve anything IT DON'T
