I have news for you, I got mine from Holman, and they flat out refused to fix my car. And even went so far as to tell me if i wanted the vibration gone I should go buy a camaro or challenger.

Which Holman was your purchase from, there are multiple and every single Ford Dealer in the US is a Franchise. Each Dealer within a Franchise has all different folks working at those specific locations. So what may be done at one location will not happen or be processed the same at the other.

Actually to be precise it was a collaboration between two, it was purchased and rejected from the Holman in Turnersville, and then rejected and falsely worked on by the one listed above in Mapleshade.

Went to my appointment for my vibration. Went for a ride and the service manager agreed that it had a vibration. Because the dealer I purchased it from put new tires on it He said that I (at my expense) had to have the tires road force balanced and he couldn't and wouldn't do anything until that was done. I told him a ford dealer put them on and I didn't think that I should have to pay for it. He said that the tires and balancing was not covered under warranty. Now I'm waiting to hear from my ford rep to see what he says. I didn't put them on, A FORD DEALER PUT THEM ON. Are you kidding me.

I thought I was going to get some place. time will tell.

I would agree to pay former t provided it resolves the issue to your satisfaction. If the vibration is still there, and it will be, the. You will not pay.

I called the dealer that sold me the to ask about the road force balance and if they did that when they put tires on it at purchase. They said they have already fixed one other mustang with this issue and would look at mine and cover what ever cost there is. as I took it to a much closer dealer.

They will do ANYTHING to weasel out from fixing these cars.

They tried to bail on doing anything to mine at 1st pointing to the Performance Pack wheels/tires on my car (it was an A6).
I reminded them that they were a) FORD wheels & tires (take-offs) and B) they had sold/installed them

I was 1/2 expecting them to point to my mudflaps & say they were disturbing the air flow around the car and the resulting turbulence was why it vibrated :headbonk:

So I guess I would want to ask if anyone with or without the vibration has or could check to see if there is any movement up and down or side to side the the output yoke on the tail shaft. If NOT then that would be my issue. I have replaced many trans in e450's and that tail shaft yoke has no play or slop at all. If the DS has been replaced and not solved the problem, Then the issue would be bolted to the tail of the tranny. Mine has about .015 - .018 of movement.

I called the dealer that sold it to me to see if the tires where road force balanced. They asked why I told them and they said to bring it on back. We got lots of parts on the lot to swap out with. I said ok. See them next Monday morning.

Picked up my car today, they said whatever I'm hearing and feeling is totally normal. I'm not getting vibration just a faint humming. I won't bother going back. I'll give it to steeda for their IRS alignment kit.

Finally Ford will buy my 2016 GT Convertible back, they can´t fix it.
New DS and hose clamps made it even worse.

I´m rellay sad about it, because I love the car and especially the sound from the V8.
But the vibration is not acceptable...

Ordered a new BMW M2 Manual which will be delivered in April - perfect for the next season. :)

How long was the process from start to finish? I have been in my lemon law suit since July and this is starting to get on my nerves.

What will drive between now and april? Also whats sad is the dealer will sell your car to an unsuspecting customer with the vibration and they will hope that customer isn't as discriminating!

Seewolf: do you know if they checked for play (movement) in the trans tail/output yoke.?
Mine has movement and I checked a couple other fords with the same setup and they had NO movement at all.
