I think the understanding is the driver/intake side duct works more or less as as designed for MY15-20, the big change is on the passenger side, so like in your photos:

On a MY15-17 the passenger side corner is a mirror of the driver side, above you can see it's not shaped the same, the plastic[?] shroud makes like a rectangular area vs. the more "triangle" shaped space.

Here's the install, without the fascia from my previous MY16, you can see the corners of the area behind the fascia are pretty much symmetric:

Do you have a pic of it cut before installed? Maybe I'll do this as well. It is just sitting in the garage.

Here's the Avery/Grabber blue with LEDs installed. Thanks Velossa Tech!

Two notes on the install instructions:
1. You need to disconnect the lights from the bumper cover before removing it. This was missing from the instructions.
2. The instructions say to use fuse F68 to make the LEDs light only when the car is on. The plug doesn't fit there, though. In one direction the wires butt up into the Starter Relay fuse, not allowing it to plug in fully. Flipped around the fuses stick out not allowing the fuse box to close.
I ended up using F39, one of the PCM fuses

Oh the top photo is a MY18+ car that's not mine, the bottom photo is my old '16, which of course, was a perfect fitment on the passenger side.

I don't even get the change, that duct area was isolated before, it's like they made it more rigid maybe? Channel air at higher speeds? It's weird.

Haha of course. In the garage it will stay.

So for MY18+ folks that have had their front fascia off, is the plastic cover/duct/whateverthehell easily removed? And is there clearance for a passenger side duct (i.e., no framing/bracing, I think the answer is yes).

@VelossaTech

I guess what I'm getting at, is if this more square piece of the passenger side:

upload_2020-1-12_10-0-59.png

... is the main impediment to installing a passenger side duct on a MY18+, that seems like it would be pretty easy to fabricate a replacement part (assuming it's easily removed/modular), that's designed to accommodate your duct and still provides the basic functionality of the OEM piece (whatever that may be ...) Maybe like an extra $30-40 for a MY18+ passenger duct with that part, and no changes needed to the duct itself.

I honestly did not pay too serious attention to that side as I never had interest in the passenger side duct but IIRC that plastic piece could probably be easily ripped out, I do not believe there was any metal bracing there or crash items other than the bumper support and points intersecting it in the photo.

I'm about ready to order a set, remove my front bumper, and engineer some kind of passenger side replacement to the whatever-the-fuck-that-is ... :D

Has anybody tried this on a Bullitt?
I'm sure the driver's side would physically fit just fine, but with the GT350 intake [on the Bullit] does it draw air in at that corner of the grill? The GT has a "snorkel" that goes from the closed filter box to right behind that corner of the grill, so the duct actually isolates the intake airflow.

It does have a duct there, but I don't know it it's the same as the GT. My box has a bottom and sides and the top seals to the hood with hood closed the only air intake is the snorkel. My grill does not have the fangs though.

Took a standard Big Mouth today.. adapted it to a 50th Anniversary Grille.

in an effort to increase quality air into my GT350 intake.

As the 50th grill doesn’t have the Vertical blade of the RTR or Stock grille, I decided to cut away the Snokel.

the open honeycomb on the 50th grille is a joke, with about 4 full openings. I had previously drilled extra holes.
Now the honeycomb where the Bigmouth sits is fully cleared.

The Cut out in the bigmouth butts up against the flat back of the grille, whilst the funnel side wraps around the outside like the stock grille.

View from the front... open honeycomb venting allowing much more airflow, maybe a little more turbulent than the RTR grille, but that’s ok for me.

At the track again in 2 weeks for another test.

Very good @Bridgie
I have the Roush front fascia and the Velossa does not properly fit. I'm trying to figure out how to make it work. Cutting won't work as it needs moved over a couple of inches.
