Planning on doing my big mouth install today. I let family borrow my jack + Jackstands and of course they have not returned it:doh:.

Anyone removed the front bumper on ramps if so how hard was it? Really trying to get it done this weekend because Dakota from Lund is working on a E-85 tune for the car. Not sure how this will effect my a/f ratio so when I have to send him logs I want them already on. I'm also planing on removing the side grill pieces completely to expose the big mouths. I was looking CC grills install of their front grill and it looks like I only need a dremel and sandpaper to remove the side pieces. Looks straight forward anyone have any experience with this?

Going by memory, I think you'll be ok although the top screw inside the top finder may be a pain with the tire in the way.

It will be a pain for sure. If you can figure some way to turn the wheel all the way to one side for access.
I think it would be better to do it on the ground than on ramps. Unless your car is lowered.

Ramps or jack stands make zero dif with this job.
Removing the bumper isn’t hard. It’s just a lot of screws. Don’t forget the one where is meets the fender

I took the bumper off without any jack or stands to change the grills the day I drove it home. Wasn't too much of a problem.

I as well did the install without jack and jack stands. Just turned the wheels each way to get at that frustrating screw. lol

Ditto. Did mine in the garage without stands. It's easy, just take your time and double check everything.

I did mine on ramps. It was easy. Stands would be similarly easy. It could be done without lifting the car, but it's much easier if you do.

The splash guard needs to come off the bottom right. Can you reach all the screws for it without jacking the car up?

Ok I dove in lol didn't go as well as I hoped. I used what I had. I put the car on ramps to remove the bottom splash guard. But when I removed the splash guard a plastic piece fell down and I have no clue where it goes. I will post a pick later when I take it off my phone. Then I put it on the ground to pull off the bumper. Small screws in the fender well where past a pita. Got the bumper off no problem. Here is where a short spiral occurred. My wife decides to come in and start cleaning while I'm working on the car. So now three of the clips are missing from the wheel well. The Velossa installed no problem. Also have two clips from the bottom I couldn't find where they go. I have a base GT so the LMR video the splash is not the same it looks like theirs was a performance pack. Hopefully I can just buy the clips for the wheel well from ford. The two clips on the bottom I am not to concerned I have them just need to find where the go. took me about 4 hours to do but I was buy myself so not to bad.
