Tuner Can't Tune Car

I had questions with Juggernaut on the Arcane fuel system wiring. I emailed them several times, called them 3 seperate times. They never responded. Nice product, but TERRIBLE customer service. I would not recommend them.

They run the N/A coyote Facebook page and wouldn’t approve my post that asked what vct timing people were using with comp cams because my Lund tune and juggernaut tune were very different haha

They left me twisting in the wind. Also the fuel pressure gauge broke less than a month after I got the car running. I reached out to them on that...crickets....

Yep so far not happy with them. Beefcake and another dude I know both highly recommended them but they are also both resellers so obviously biased.

If they were sending Lund so much business, and Lund has a bunch of employees and was used to that amount of customers, how would (what I assume is a much smaller shop) they even handle it all?

I replaced the fuel gauge in my Arcane kit too! It would not hold a steady reading for more than a day or so. Was all over the place. I emailed two question to them and they did respond both times the same day.

Mine worked for a week or two, then one day, the needle was below the post that it rests on when there is no pressure. I tapped on it. I removed it and put it face down and banged it on the work bench etc. Never could get it back to where it belonged.
