Has anyone been able to do a dyno chart on a magnaride shock strut set up? I am really curious to see what it looks like. We dynoed a PP front strut and found that it had a 50 lb nose. Didn't have any rebound force until 1" per second.
I'm sure they have but nobody here has that info that I'm aware of.

Im guessing it is very complicated to do it correctly. You would need to give the shock a fake input signal for it to react. I wonder how they do it. Do they use a simple G meter output or a steering wheel angle sensor and vehicle speed. I would love to know how the technology works.

One of the biggest things that makes the magnetuner able to tune the suspension and make it better is it goes beyond the wheel motion sensor. With a modern car like the 350 you can tap into the G-meter, TPS, Brake sensor, and fine tune the information that the system is seeing and reacting to. Pretty cool stuff.

No. You couldn't pay me to jack with the stock magneride system.

That's ok, they won't pay you. You pay them.
I don't see why people think the magnaride can't be improved. That's like saying a ECU can't be improved.

It's magneride, not magnaride.

FWIW, you couldn't pay me to tune the motor, either.

Yeah I know what it is. But I post from my iPhone and stupid spell check. Sorry. If you like stock that's cool too, but some of us want more and options rule!

For me, Magneride is the only spelling that doesn't autocorrect to something else, lol.

That's because you've misspelled it so many times, it thinks it's doing you a favor. Just razzing. I'd be lost sometimes without spellcheck.

Levitas, Pobst and many more? Guess well have to take your word.
If you click on the link to the Corvette forum you can read Mike Levitas' comments for yourself. The Corvette guys are fortunate to have a Daytona 24 winner contributing to their discussion.
