Stories like these almost make a high-quality dash cam an absolute must for any stock sports car driving in that state, which is really quite sad. Record everything from the moment you leave your driveway til you return home for the day.

Would this license plate be okay in California?

Funny about that Tesla added noises to alert pedestrians within a certain range. Then they let the owers customize the sounds, you can guess where that went. The DOT stepped in and is working on a "standard" alert sound so all EV makers will have to have it for safety.

Could be interesting if several of these chime off together in pedestrian busy areas. Maybe they could network and bang out a tune…

Democracy? 😂 When people get cancelled and censored for different points of view? Sure. You have the ILLUSION of a Democracy. When did I get to cast my Ukraine support vote? Did you?

It's hilarious to me that some people that call themselves "liberals" are the ones censoring any opposing points of view. These "liberals" need to spend some time in a Communist county for a serious reality check. Don't meant to turn this thread into anything else either.
Knock off the dumbass Fox News rant. And fuck Russia and everyone else whining about helping an ally fight off a hostile foreign invasion.

Yet here you are making comments on a Mustang Forum. Maybe the Admins could help you out and have your account deleted?
Oh look, more “cancel culture” from the same side whining about California. What a shock.

dude? what? the post was " This thread reminds me why I hate being associated with mustang owners. Bunch of mouth breathers." so on a Mustang forum he's calling me a "mouth breather" which is assume is not a compliment. I come here to talk about Mustangs, crazy shit that happens with driving a Mustang and pretty pics of Mustangs. IF you're posting how much you hate Mustang owners why be on this forum unless to troll? That's not cancel culture, that more like don't go on forums of people you don't like or don't want to associate with. Like going into a biker bar and saying (loudly) "I hate biker people, buncha mouth breathers, yeek!" I mean seriously. The thread was about how someone got tagged for loud exhaust in Cali and got "reffed" for it, how do we get down to cancel culture? Back to Mustangs please, and I'm out.

I am going on a tangent here, but have a feel for sharing it anyway.

The industrial revolution was possible because people were free to pursue and develop the ideas they had without any regulations. If something succeeded it was because it was better - smaller, lighter, more refined, more precise, faster, etc. and it was clearly obvious. There were no artificial standards, requirements or regulations to skew the progress. The challenge was just human faculties facing the nature (and the laws of physics :)).

Today we (western society) effectively removed that freedom from us by replacing the laws of physics by the laws of ideology a making that the limits of the progress. Only the "right" progress is allowed (and quite often also enforced) and only the ideas which adhere to the "right truth" are acceptable. Why some people find this status quo befitting their goals, I can imagine. Why the majority supports them though, I cannot.
..and child labor and exploitation was legal…
Some regulations are always needed in a society

Been a while since I've been on a Mustang forum (prior to buying my '22 last month, I hadn't owned one since 2012) but I guess it's not too surprising that the "community" here is as fractured/divided as the general population. This forum can be such a valuable resource... I hope everyone can leave the politics (e.g., slams on blue states/red states) out of it and keep the content Mustang-focused.
