Premium ACM have SAT and some have HD. I wanted both. There are close to 20 different engineering part numbers for the ACM.

The premium ACM audio output goes to an amplifier where the base ACM does not. So basically programming a base ACM to that of a premium converts the audio output but does not add the amplifier which is why the volume is now lower. I will try to get a picture of my ACM values so you can get calls while retaining volume.
Zack, Do you have a premium ACM (SAT & HD Radio) or the standard one that comes with the V6's?

I just did this on my 2017 GT PP.

I changed only the following:

ABS 760-02-02 xxxx 7x
IPC 720-06-01 xxxx xxxx x8

I left the x's with the value that was already there.

Also, thank you to X0AYHAM0X for this! To make the hazard toggle function correctly:

BCM 726-29-02 xxxx xxx1 (base bezel with hazard button)
BCM 726-29-02 xxxx xxx0 (premium bezel with hazard toggle)

Going through everyone's successful entries - for the IPC it appears that everyone regardless of model is using 720-06-01 xxxx xxxx x8. I would think that is the only digit in that line that needs changed, and it's best to leave the rest alone.

For the ABS it looks like we're a little all over the place. Three GT PP's (myself and the OP, mustangmike86 and Lein ) report 760-02-02 xxxx 7x working.
zackmd1 has 760-02-02 xxxx 1x for his V6 (I'm working off the assumption that the 5th digit is what controls this.)
[email protected] has 760-02-02 xxxx 3x for his GT Auto non-PP. This matches what I see in an as-built file I have for another GT Premium Manual non-PP.

And for reference, my car (GT PP Base) originally had 760-02-02 xxxx 6x. I have an as-built for an EcoBoost Base that has 760-02-02 xxxx 0x. An as-built for a GT350 I have saved has 760-02-02 xxxx 7x which is the same value as the GT PP Premium.

Anyone out there enable this on an EcoBoost yet? Did your fifth digit in 760-02-02 match Zack's?

For those of you that have changed multiple digits in 760-02-02, I'd be curious if you set the rest back to factory (aside from the 5th digit) if the drive modes still worked. If so, I believe we have this isolated and fleshed out!

760-02-02 has 8 digits total so it will look like this xxxx xxxx

The second digit in the second block on my ABS was identical to my stock value. I had to change the entire second block of 760-02-02 in order to get drive modes operational. The IPC on the other hand just needs that one digit changed like you said.

760-02-02 is eight digits yes, but the last two are checksum digits right? So they'll be auto populated by FORScan. I was leaving them out as is convention with some of the guys running spreadsheets.

I mentioned them because I had to change the second to last value.

My OEM second block looked like this

xxxx 016E

I had to change it to

xxxx 117E

The 6E and 7E are checksums here. If you leave them alone, FORScan should populate them with the correct values.

Ahh Ok I follow now. I always typed those values in manually.

I think we're on the same page! So far my theory that the fifth digit of 760-02-02 controls the drive modes is holding up then.

I'd really like to hear from an EB owner. Anybody know someone with an EB that's done the premium bezel swap?

ETA: You don't have to type the values manually, I think FORScan throws an error or whatever but if you click OK it auto-calcs the last two digits for the checksum. I wish I could remember what the popup window says, but I've gotten used to skipping past it.

There is another thread where a v6 owner got the modes working.
