SYNC 3 upgrade from MFT

Hi, have been reading some of the forum threads about upgrading from MFT to SYNC 3. I have an opportunity to get a 2020 Syc 3 screen with Nav. Anyone know where I can get the proper GPS antenna, USB hub and wiring harness? Also, I am familiar with using Forscan. What needs to be reprogrammed?
