When you shift to "S", does it change your selections to "Sport", "Sport+", and "Track" as well? I would think so, but just to make sure...

Just confirmed! Shifted into S and the menu went from 4 options to 3. Sport, Sport +, and Track.

Does enabling it actually make a difference driving??
Can absolutely confirm a difference!! Just went for a test drive! When in sport + there is a marked increase in throttle response and a change in transmission behavior. The auto trans in sport + is far more aggressive then in normal drive mode but not as aggressive as when I actually shift into S. It will hold shifts longer and is more eager to downshift based on throttle input but will still shift into 6th during normal driving unlike when in S. Track mode feels slightly more aggressive but not much of an improvement over sport + except for the removal of traction control. Snow/wet did not feel any different then normal mode??? I am assuming that this mode just turns up the sensitivity of stability control?

This is awesome.
What's the chance I can put a 15-16 MFT in my 17? Sync 3 is way over my audio budget after I bought headers and exhaust lol
Should not be an issue! The only thing I would worry about is the GPSM.... 2015 models had a built in GPS module that sent GPS data over Can Bus... I do not know if base model 2017s still have this module. I would assume so since this module is also responsible for the compass and since the base sync system has not changed from the 2015s.

No, I just reprogrammed my base cluster. The only hardware modification needed is the premium radio bezel for the 4th toggle.

so the Base radio cluster would work if you just add the bottom switches from a premium cluster?

Unfortunately no. The entire bezel will have to be replaced which will also require an MFT or Sync 3 swap.

so you need the premium Center benzel. now the premium Benzel is not directly Plug and Play with the base cars is it. I'm just wondering if you could reggae tomtop unit with a premium Center Benzel.

You most certainly can use the premium bezel without MFT/Sync 3. The question is how or if your climate controls will work. I do not know how well the premium bezel will play with the Tomtop in terms of climate.
