Don't have a 5 car car garage, but I do have 3 separate garages and a warehouse  No adoptions........ I'm already supporting a small army of academics.

My truck and trailer storage solution (necessity is the mother of invention...) and can still fit my GT3 or 350R in there:

I haven't tried to fit the 350R in the trailer yet... it would be a tight fit- TPD Trailer, mostly a west coast thing they are really nice:

Let's talk trailers and tow vehicles. I will be needing a new trailer and want a low profile one because the low front splitter. Also thinking about a sprinter van as a tow vehicle/shelter so i can sleep at the track. anyone care to post pictures of their setups?
I have a Revel RV with a 3.0L Diesel and towing max is 5000 Lbs. Even with the lightest trailer possible, I am not certain we could tow our GT 350's? Thoughts?

F150 with the Max Tow Package, and a 20ft tilt from Aluma. Hauls so nice. I'm still working on modding the trailer for tire/gas storage and a winch. Even with (only) a 7.5 degree tilt I still need some small ramps so the splitter clears the deck on approach.

Based on my research, not happening. Even going aluminum for the trailer, you're not going to get much under about 1500lb for an 18ft trailer. Add 3800lb for the car and you're over weight.

How do you like the wheel straps? Been using them long?

Don't have a setup to share but about to buy a trailer (and never towed a car before) - what are you tying down car by to the trailer ? I see some use wheels, some use frame (?) points ?

I've said this before. You need a good tow truck with a good enclosed trailer.

The open trailer will expose you to the rain that will hit you. It's good to cover the car and hang out in your trailer.

This is a great Ford F-350 truck:

They are good quality, but I installed the Ford Performance tie-down kit and favor that over the wheel straps. It's nice to not worry if the brakes are still a little too hot when loading up at the end of the weekend.

Took the advice of others and bought the Mac's Tie Downs brand stuff. Great quality.
