I had one. I didn't have an issue with blowing out of the pan, but it did launch the magnet into my oil pan. Went back to stock plugs and just replace them ever 2-3 oil changes. They're cheap.
My 2 cents: Stick with stock. It works fine.
In the meantime, for your usage, I wouldn't bother...
You're only partially correct on that point.
Me: I did HPDE
Them: You went racing?
Me: [explain]
Them: Eyes glaze over
Me: Fine. It's easier just to say "racing" to keep somewhat of a conversation flowing.
Them: Oh that's so cool! Did you win?
Me: Shakes head and walks away
Anyone without...
Not terribly surprising results when testing a single cold stop. Get some real heat in those pads and you'll start seeing them diverge.
Another thing to consider - those pad compounds are likely not "compatible" meaning they don't work together well. If you didn't go through the bedding...
Could be a master or slave cylinder issue. I had an issue with soft pedal once the car was hot, but worked fine once everything cooled down. It ended up being a loose flare nut on the slave cylinder hard line inside the bell housing. YMMV

Classic symptoms.
Did you try any other troubleshooting? Highly recommend you run the Forscan PIDs I mentioned earlier before just swapping parts.
I've not had good luck in other cars with aftermarket alternators. Unless you go with a specialty unit ($$$), all aftermarket electrical stuff I've seen for the...
If you have Forscan, run PIDs against the alternator command versus the feedback. The alternator feeds back The ECUs request. I don't remember the exact verbiage, but it should be fairly obvious.
I popped an alternator at Heartland Park. It was charging OK, but the command feedback wasn't...
Not much you can do about it if the vendor won't step up.
You may have a little luck trimming the backside of the trim piece. Your video suggests there might be just a tad of excess material on the backside preventing the clips from seating fully.
This is pretty common among aftermarket...
Both sides were recently replaced for me under warranty. Left was already missing, and the right was about ready to come off too. They didn't give me any grief. I wasn't about to buy 2 cats over the counter to replace a non-serviceable part.
Finally got around to addressing what I THOUGHT was a failed clutch slave cylinder. Turns out the flared fitting on the hard line came loose. The replacement received some red loctite and a little extra tightening oomph.
Oh, and some MGW love happened while it was apart.
Appears Ultimate Headers doesn't make a GT350 application. You guys do realize this is the 350 section right?
I've only ever heard a 350 with a full catless ARH system and it was WAY too much for me.
It helps a bit by putting some preload on the hood panel, but doesn’t fix the underlying issue.
I’ve never had (or seen) a hood fly open, but I have been black-flagged for a possible popped hood.
I might be going crazy, but I’m convinced the edges of my hood are bent slightly from the flutter.
My 18 got me black-flagged once because they thought the hood was popped.
Not really a 60mph problem but certainly above, maybe 90 or so?
YMMV since corner workers aren't always super attentive.
Yep. I lose my cool every time I get that excuse from a call center. WTF you people were never in the office in the first place. I can hear the fkn chickens in the background!!!
Especially frustrating when the topic if one of particularly little consequence. Based on previous years, it's pretty obvious they don't sped a ton of time on it.
This is a database query and a week's project for an intern.
Nope. The only real "downside" is the pro version costs more money.
Unless they've changed things recently:
Regular
* Uses 3in wide straps. This width isn't particularly HANS-friendly.
* Uses a buckle design that's legal for street use, similar to the OEM design. Many states expressly...
While I can appreciate the level of effort, that little exercise wasn't necessary and will very likely cause additional problems.
You're essentially going to insta-charge the capacitors in your amplifier every time you start your car, which will not only shorten the lifespan of the amp, but...
