Why are you running so much boost instead of running more timing and lower boost? Did I see you only made 605whp on E85 and 16psi?
I made 605 on only 8lbs of boost. I am damn near 800 rwhp now with no issue. Lund has me tuned very well. The car saw a 9.9 in the 1/4 leaving on idle a few weeks ago. Putting this beast deep into the 9's!

I would check your boost plus against a mechanical gauge. Mine was 2 to 3 psi off actual boost pressure. I ended up letting the boost + go
I've been thinking on getting a mechanical boost gauge. At 4500 rpm I see 3.5lbs, At 5k rpm I see 5lb of boost with the boost plus. Does that sound accurate ?

In excel highlight your Boost Log column and do a graph of one of your pulls. It should be very linear and steady with RPM. If you see big increase or spikes you have issues with the sensor.

I didn't think mine was accurate so I tested it against a manual boost gauge and it was off. Lund was great to put a solution together but i needed instant results and they didn't have that. Ended up just using an eBoost boost controller to read and control boost.

Back on topic. I am at 12 to 14psi depending on the day with 93 oct around 19.5 to 20 degrees of timing up top. Lund has this bitch dialed in.

Makes a lot more sense. Good deal.

With my Torque booster i'm seeing a little over 1psi at same RPM with my boost +. But I have catless headers, so i'm not sure what that would relate to your setup. lol

Not sure how accurate my gauge is either. I have a 10psi spring in the wastegate and I see it hit 9psi at 6200rpms and then creep up to 11psi at 7000. Would like to compare your logs if you want to share.

I personally don't want to run more than 11psi on 93oct (though I think timing has more of an impact with regard to fuel quality). I know some are running quite a bit more, but that is my comfort level. Considering I made nearly 700whp, seems like plenty for the street.
Just run a larger intercooler. Keeps the air mass more dense, prevents detonation, more horsepower on pump gas.

For what it's worth to the OP, Jon Lund II told me that on 91 and the 3.6 I'd either have to run the torco additive, or limit the rpm to 7200 to keep the peak boost down.
