Look at my LTH install thread and I posted a video of my setup. Catted LTH into OE resonator into super 44's with 4" tips. My car sounds different than ANY coyote in my area.

The resonator will make it more palatable. Whether the ford racing, magna etc will allow you to have friends willing to be seen in the car with you LOL
Exactly what I’m looking for lol just need to be more tolerable. I’ll look into your setup and throw it in the mix. Thanks!

A pair of Vibrant 1794s will tone it down. The MF Tru X will make it almost stock like which may be too quiet for some.

Thanks! I’ve seen a lot about vibrant resonators on YT they look like a good option. Definitely don’t want to bring it down to stock levels of noise I just don’t want to sound like thunder clapping and booming whenever leaving a stop light..

Back when i corsa Xtremes on stock it sounded great. But when I added long tubes to the equation the tone got way too trumpety. I didn't mind the volume but the tone was awful. Adding the 1794s both cleaned up that trumpet sound and brought down the volume some. I ended up replacing the entire rear section with AWE Touring but the resonators did the job for what I was looking for.

I appreciate the context I will definitely look into those it’s a big plus that I can just have those welded in and I can keep my current cat back.

Totally. With the Vibrants they would be in line with your existing setup. The MF Tru X would literally be replacing the mid pipe basically.

I believe I have clips of before and after the Vibrants if interested.

+1 came here to post these. I have them on my car with a catted full ARH system and they knocked the edge off.

These guys will make custom sizes if you want, you can get 12" to match the length of the Vibrant 1794 and make the inlet and/or outlet 3" ID so you can slip fit it with your existing pipe to make welding easier. I have a hang up buying imported stuff when these guys make top notch custom fit parts exactly how you want for a few dollars more.

They are true 3 inch ID and use stainless steel packing material. Will never burn out. No louvers to screw up the flow either.

I don't know about the Vibrants.

I had the same issues after installing my LTH's. When paired up with my roush exhaust it was just stupid. Not to mention it sounded terrible. Ordered some vibrant resonators and that toned it down nicely plus removed about 80 % of the rasp. Couldn't be happier.
