I have the Magnaflow comp cat-back and MAk cat deletes going on in the next few days. I'll post some clips when done.

I think the only way to get the sound you're looking for, is run some cutouts.

Not sure if I read this or not but do you need to tune for the CAT deletes or will the computer adjust and the motor just simply make more power like the old days? I am sure a tune could get even more HP out after the CATs are removed but I was just wondering if its required. I remember gutting the CAT on my 93 Z28 and it made a pretty big different in performance but these cars are so different now with the ECUs and custom tuning.

I'm trying not to do more than just a basic cat back system, and it might be just a bit loud. I would never close the system.

Yes, tuning is required to avoid a CEL. Also, the drivers side cat must be cut off and a flange welded in its place for this setup to work.
