understood…interestingly I had a neighbor up in Washington, had a kid or wife (can’t recall which) who had a light sensitivity issue. They had a doctors note and he ran DARK tint on all his cars 😎
I have a doctor's note and prescription aswell as a printout of my medical history showing it's not bs. But even with all of that it's not legal in pa. The only medical exemption is for 100% clear colorless tint which won't help me. I've paid over 1.2k in fines but it's worth it. I can't see shit at night and one bright light and it takes my eyes quite awhile to return in focus. I'm probably going to drop my windshield from 20% to 5%

i did 5% on my rears when i first got the car, and early this summer i finally did my drivers/passengers side windows at 15. i love it, but ceramic gets that low angle haze which is weird....but it definitely keeps the UV out!

jesus. around here its commonplace for people to drive around with full on limo tint with no issues from cops. I'm super wary when I see cars in my neighborhood with that kind of tint tbh-last time we saw a car around the neighborhood with that kind of tint they ended up breaking into someone's house.

Interesting you mention that hazy effect.. on my last car i did ceramic and it did exhibit that hazy look. On this car, no haze. Both cars i did 30%.

What brand of film did you use? Im pretty sure on the last car it was a no-name film.

Mine is xpel film. Also my neighbors may not be able to see me but they all know who I am and it's funny to watch them wave at me when I drive past since they can't see me wave back. Around here my car stands out. It's clean but besides that it's the only mustang around that doesn't sound like some dog shit running Corsa or ataks. Got a DEEP throaty rumble like the old 4.6 motors with thermal r&d catback. I have no concerns about being mistaken as a intruder the police also know me very well they are kind enough to ticket me quite often for my many many traffic offenses

Bahwaaaaaaaaaa!!!

I get less LEO attention in my loud mustang than I do in my pickup. Still can't figure this out.

I think I did 15 on the sides, 20 on the rear, and 30 on the front.

Same when I had my beat up 98 dakota 4x4. It was 110% legal and still got more attention than the mustang. I never understood that.
