1. Steering wheel, the hoop of the wheel i'd like if it was thicker, for me the e92 M3 had the perfect steering wheel. As soon as you get in the car and you grabbed it you instantly realize something is different. While i have gotten used to the steering wheel as it is, would love it a bit thicker
100% agree with this. While the GT350's steering wheel doesn't bother me and is fine, the M/M-Sport steering wheels are perfect IMO. Even the button placements are better and easier to manipulate ergonomically speaking.

Now that i have about 800 miles on the car i feel like i can make a comment, i will preface it by saying that this car overall is fantastic, the gripes i have are small and certainly not enough to make me regret buying the car or from recommending it to someone else but the car is so close to being perfect for me only a couple of things stand in its way.

2. Stereo, while i agree the best stereo is the FPC rung out to 8 grand, when I'm on a long trip in 6th gear i like to listen to tunes and the sound from this stereo is very thin. I get that you don't want to add in heavy subs to a track car but even my wife's SUV has a richer sound quality than this car. They can do better without adding unnecessary weight

3. Paint/Body work finish - Not going to beat a dead horse, we all know the shortcomings.
I agree about wanting the steering wheel to be larger diameter, but I'm larger than average. I could see smaller people wanting a smaller wheel. I also feel like the "flat bottom" is so small that it's not worth including or mentioning. I would think if you were going to make a flat bottom steering wheel you would make the flat larger.

I'm fine with the stereo and paint. I think the stereo is a concession to the price point and the priorities of the car (performance over luxury). I would also expect most "regular" cars and SUVs to have a better stereo - along with a crappy and boring drive train. #performancecar

Paint I blame on the EPA. Not Ford's fault that the greenies are adding new regs every other day. We need to get the EPA under control. It's outlandish the crap they are trying to pull lately.

why the fu@$ is there no weather stripping around the front or rear windshield?
Blame the EPA and CAFE standards for this as well. All the manufacturers are trying to improve aerodynamics in order to eek out slight improvements in fuel economy. It's truly sad how much we pay for this BS that makes absolutely no difference in the end.

These cars are getting better paint and body panel fit.

This is the hood on my wife's 2017 mustang GT premium with the PP option. The side panels look good with very little orange peel if any. The rear bumper gap is gone also. I put the ford original track pack spoiler on the back. Next is the power pack 2 for 456 Hp.

If I had a tech pack car I'd change the spoiler. The holes match up with no drilling. I had to drill 8 holes during the installation ..yikes.

Oh yeah $5K off MSRP.

1) clutch is weird hard to place why just is

2) 1 - 2 shift is odd hard to do smoothly unless driving slowly or fast

3) The way the car is geared you will never hit redline while doing a legal speed

4) I'd prefer radio controls on the left side

5) Some how the stock wheels look small to me

6) I feel the car going on cam right as I shift

Love the car just things I've noticed.
Edit 6
Perhaps you bought the wrong car.

Because I dont like everything about the car?

I should edit that.
1) remove the clutch assist spring.

2) I didn't think the stock shifter was that bad but the MGW is awesome.

3) why would it redline at legal speeds? Get a tune and headers. :headbang:

4) right hand steer perhaps lol.

5) 19" wheels small? 295/35 and 305/35 small?
I put 305/30 pilot sport cup 2s one. Those are smaller profile yet. But help with gearing.

6) see #2

I'm just giving you a hard time.

1) clutch is weird hard to place why just is (I removed helper spring that fixed that)

2) 1 - 2 shift is odd hard to do smoothly unless driving slowly or fast (Needed to change shift points)

3) The way the car is geared you will never hit redline while doing a legal speed

4) I'd prefer radio controls on the left side

5) Some how the stock wheels look small to me (Will lower the car at some point)

6) I feel the car going on cam right as I shift (This is the power jump you see on dyno)

Adding

7) Lack weather molding around the windshields allows things to get trapped between it and the body.

8) Rear bumper gap

9) People asking me to rev the car

Love the car just things I've noticed.

Edit updated list after a few months
Updates
1) Clutch with out the spring is better, I am ok with it now. Its still a little strange there is a fair amount of vibration in the pedal. Also I noticed the clutch engagement is different when the car gets hot.

2) I can shift the 1 to 2 smoothly now just took some getting used too

3) This is not that bad the car is fun from 4K on so you have some room

4) Replaced radio

5) Replaced wheels and lowered car

6) I drive around this instinctively now

8) Is annoying I am hoping for a recall

Random comments
*The car is a better daily drive then I give it credit for, its actually fun in light traffic.
*I always have the car in sport mode. I dont like the ride or the way it performs in normal mode at all
*The car is made for the track, I do not have the energy to go from track setup to street setup so it stays in track mode
*My car has a fair amount of suspension noise, I heard it might be the sway bar links I need to check
*The engine revs to 8250 but it doesnt feel happy up there lol
*What on the street looks better then a GT350? NOTHINNGGG:)

Still love the car, I actually like it more with time

I can agree with wishing it were a bit lighter.

Nobody has mentioned it but the climate control is odd. Most of the time warm air blows out of the vents instead of ambient temp without A/C running. Running the A/C is not a solution to having decent vent flow and unlike any other cars I've ever owned you should be able to have the vents flow fresh air without needing to run the fan. Smallish gripe but something to get used to.

The center speaker in the dash is annoying and does much to ruin soundstage and imaging.

Car definitely could have been several hundred pounds lighter and possibly a little smaller all around but never the less it belies it's weight and size when hustling through the twisties.

Minor gripes overall. I accepted most of this when buying the car and the positives are so overwhelming that the complaints are just footnotes to an otherwise fantastic car.
