  1. What did you do to your GT350 today?

Changed my cabin air filter. Gang, make sure to do this yearly. I don't know why Ford put it at such an awkwardly angled location though....
  2. What did you do to your GT350 today?

I have converted to a different color wheel as well since black wheels against a black car tend to get lost. Pic posted on this same thread topic today.
  3. What did you do to your GT350 today?

I would tend to disagree as I moved away from black wheels as well. This sentiment may not be shared by everyone, but black wheels on a black car tend to get lost no matter how nice looking the wheel is. I may be going to a silver or titanium color next and probably will be selling these Variant...
  4. Looking for spring recommendations

I had the FP springs and moved to the Steeda dual rate springs last year. I prefer the Steeda dual rates do to the nature of how the spring has two different personalities in one. Lean on it in the corners and it tightens up; drive normally and it feels somewhat similar to the FP springs on the...
  5. What did you do to your GT350 today?

Finished install tonight of the Schroth four point harness. Took my time and it turned out just fine.
  6. What did you do to your GT350 today?

    Thanks
  7. What did you do to your GT350 today?

Can you shoot me some pics of what needs to be done in the areas you're referencing?
  8. What did you do to your GT350 today?

You are a bad influence Kyle. I ordered the blue one for my driver's seat the same day I saw this post and it was delivered today. I am not at home to install for a couple of days, but looking forward to it.
  9. Front Bumper

It comes primed so a flat black
  10. Front Bumper

I replaced the front bumper on my '16 last month and it was less than $1k from Ford. Still needs to be painted of course. It was better to replace the whole thing, than repair. It's one singular piece, and your existing plastic, I.e. 'fangs' and splitter will transfer over. The expensive part is...
  11. Guys, how important is the “Shelby” name to the enjoyment of your car?

My question is this; is the "rebirth" of both the GT350 and GT500 similar in application to what the originals were supposed to be? Now the current GT500 was built to handle much better than what the original GT500 was set up to be, but the 2016-2020 GT350 was closer in spirit to the original...
  12. What did you do to your GT350 today?

New caliper overlays and Shelby polished lug nuts.
  13. What did you do to your GT350 today?

It may be a placebo effect but it feels stiffer in Sport mode. The original struts/shocks were going on eight years old so it may just be having new parts on. I was told that the damping is different when I called Steeda prior to purchase and they are an upgrade over the standard GT350 OEM set-up.
  14. What did you do to your GT350 today?

Both passenger side strut and shock were leaking, so I had Speed Foundry in Roswell, GA install these including an alignment: https://www.steeda.com/ford-genuine-40-1016-103-mustang-magneride-kit
  15. I think I castrated my Shelby….and I’m not happy about it

I have long tubes after having two different vendor's cat deletes before. Agreed that there is not much of a difference in perceived power between car deletes and long tube headers. I mean who can honestly feel ten horsepower anyway. The second set of cat deletes had resonators which sounded...
  16. What did you do to your GT350 today?

Got the car restriped after having the front bumper cover replaced. Now, I have to change out the Magneride shocks/struts due to both leaking on the passenger side. Going with the upgraded GT500/GT350R set from Steeda.
  17. Forum promo code Steeda?

Damn. Wish I had or requested a discount code. Just paid $1600 for the GT500 Magneride shock/strut upgrade for my '16 350....
  18. Wrench emblem “See owners manual” + Hill assist not available

TSB 19-2135 is what you might want to look at.
  19. ProFlex commander

IMHO the Proflex unit did not contribute to her blown engine.
  20. GT350/R Long-Term Reliability

36k miles on a 2016 GT350 Track Pack and I'm the second owner after the first 5800 miles. Still on the Gen 1 motor, burns maybe a quart or so of oil every 5k miles. Other than the AC evaporator, which the original owner replaced in the first year of ownership, and the AC compressor that I...
