I would love to do this. I think this is fine for a car that lives on the track but on a street car with an accident...I don't know.

This is awesome. Question for you; Say you blow a gearbox or clutch, do you have to saw this thing up and re-weld it? Or take it all apart as a single piece?

Just curious, re-thinking my exhaust again.

It comes off with one hand in less than a minute. I hold it up with one hand, loosen the vbands with the other and slip it forward out of the rear hangars.

I wouldn’t want to do that with a 75lb exhaust though.

My rears are 28x11.5x17 MT Street R bias plies on a 17x9.5" Race Star and they come in at 47.2lbs. 20.1lbs wheel / 27.1lbs tire.

Wow, that's pretty impressive. I think bias ply's are a bit lighter than a radial but I didn't expect it to be that much.

What you don't know is the reason the skid marks stop there is that's when the car hit the wall.
