The one by the airbox C126 in the wiring diagram. Seem to go to the ABS module. So, those with actual data on it, does it completely disable all the nannies/clutch protection etc when unplugged ? I thought it was just for diagnostic purposes. Thanks.

I’m almost certain it just disables all tc and at functions. The ~19 other torque sources are still going to be active.

It disables everything. Including the ABS so keep that in mind. I run this. Basically a remote switch for that plug.

Well today I unplugged the 'dyno plug', ABS light never came on. Guess I gotta drive it later and slam the brakes (only when safe to do so) to see if the ABS is still functional.

Yes, yes it is. I wonder why @CORNYOTE said it's disabled ?
Interesting. I’ve never fully tested the ABS system to be sure, that was just what I always read. Kind of good to know.

Yeah, seem to only disable some features (TC/ATC/LL). So ABS must be controlled separately.

Woah wildhorse.. 2nd test drive around a fast corner and hard on the brakes.. This popped up. So ends the experiment haha.

I’m not understanding how this is better than disabling TC and AC using the button, unless actually on the dyno.

At 1000whp, even with TC and AT off, the ECU will still pull timing at the loss of traction. I’ve personally datalogged this numerous times. With the plug unplugged, the ECU can’t monitor to determine if there is loss of traction.

I never had that pop up and I drove mine at least 150 miles on the street, as well as the interstate. I wasn’t pushing the car hard through turns and curves though. I have mine plugged up right now, but knowing this happened in a fast turn, I will reserve this for the drag strip only. Glad you came out of that situation okay.

yep, me too. I'll hook it up to a simple SPST switch.
