It's a lot louder than mine. I retuned my cold starts though mines half as loud and crackly as it was with the stock tune.

An update! Khyber can you help him with a password reset?

Sorry didn't see this until I checked the mentions but nothing I could have done anyways. I see he's on now though!

Hey guys finally made it back online. Thanks for the email from M6G.

The fitment and craftsmanship of the Texas Speed headers was excellent. Very minor massaging of the fake cats to get them to slide all the way onto the collectors. The headers themselves were just as good as any others I've seen with perfectly fitting flanges and hardware and decent looking spike merge in the collector(that I honestly don't know much about). Only issue was that two clamps were missing and I needed to extend the wiring harness on the passenger front O2 sensor. I'll post a pic of that tomorrow.

Removing the A/C line gave me much needed room for the front top passenger side bolt. That thing has been a bitch since the Coyote was first dropped into a Mustang for the 2011 MY. You might have been able to work around it but expect to waste a lot of time, energy, and patience doing so. I work in a shop so I have access to A/C machines that most don't so you'll have to decide if that is worth your effort.

Most definitely.
Grimace427, your reply and information is greatly appreciated. Thank you again, you helped me a lot with my decision. :ford::ford:

Just thinking out loud. Would cats cut down on sound significantly?
I can tell you I went from cats to catless headers on my Z06, combined with a customized OEM Ti exhaust, and the noise - and to a lesser degree the smell - was ...

... well, after 3-4 months, I bet you don't have to guess what I wound up needing to do :D

It needs the O2 transport time table updated for the wideband O2 sensors being moved downstream.
Yeah, based on what my email from Lund and what they said, I will definitely take the time to do some data logging, hopefully after I wrestle in this new borla touring mid muffler today.

Low end is clearly stronger now, it actually lights up the tires from a roll. It didn't previously

Oem size cats absolutely tiny aftermarket 200 cell cats not much. I drove my car with just the resonated fake cats (mine are glass packed perforated tube) and it was loud but definitely quieter than plain open headers.

I'll leave what @Grimace427 is charging up to what he might decide to charge others, but it was very reasonable, and I know that since he does this on the daily as a Mercedes technician (ironically i used to also be a Mercedes technician) that he would do an impeccable job.
Where is he located?

Also, if you plan on running E85, you may want to consider relocating your O2 sensor bungs. They will die in that position with E85.

I would think the headers would cause it to run leaner. I guess if your tune was already on the rich side it would be fine.
The good thing about having wide band o2 sensors is they can adjust things on the fly pretty well. Within a certain range. I would still datalog to see if ant tweaks need to be made.

Notice the location of the stock bungs though. They need to be angled like that vs straight in like with the headers. The way they are mounted in the headers will allow water/condensation to sit on the sensor and kill it. It has happened to many others. Some threads/posts about it already.
