Looks pretty easy. I'll do it if you decide to go forward. What's the part number for the OEM insert?
This is for the 350. The GT ends in Cav1 instead of Cav2. Not sure if that’s significant.

I think we make a single piece that replaces the rubber inset. In the middle of the two cup holders, maybe maybe a small verticals tab that would allow you to grab the piece and lift it out.

Back ones s nice tight fit, the front needs a bit of VHB under it to keep it central and stop it moving :like:

Would you want a piece that replaces the stick rubber piece, or just two disks that sit on top of the rubber piece? If it sat on top, I’d be worried that they’d move frequently since there’s nothing to hold them in place.
Not try to answer for Mike. But, in my case, I’m game for which either works. The translucent illumination at night is very nice.

Allow me to clarify, I’m game for whole piece or two singles. But, the translucent, for me, is a must.

Any chance you can measure the thickness for me? Looks cool!

There’s a reason I don’t make my living with my hands. This is about as well as I can measure them for you. I don’t have anything more precise. The last picture shows what they look like when the motor is off, or daytime when you can’t see the leds. . The outline color can be changed. But the wife selected red interior color accents since the ST is “hers”. Lol! “Good choice babe!” We bought it in Oct and she’s driven it 5 times. And we’re BOTH happy with it that way!

I'm in for a set for my ST and for the mustang. I would prefer a pony in one and GT or 5.0 in the other or even GT/5.0 in the same. Someone mentioned that the front sits a little loose whereas the back fits nice and snug. You do know that typically the front cupholder is a little larger. Try increasing the diameter a mm or 2 for the front if you decide to make them two piece. Then customers can specify which position and logo they want and where.

I also agree with this design and for both sets. Only difference i have a Explorer Limited instead of a ST.

I prefer to maintain the rubber.

The pics are perfect, thanks!
So roughly 1/2” thick. He prints the top of the cup holder on the bottom in 3 colors, then the bottom in clear. This would be super simple to replicate. @Gearz (my design partner, and the real brains of this operation) is going to get something going in the next few days. Im guessing I’ll have about $15 in materials and shipping (hopefully less), so I’d probably be somewhere in the $40-$45 range. Also, im anticipating doing one large drop in piece instead of two separate circular pieces so they stay put…. But I may be wrong.

The two piece format would certainly be easier to print (especially if peeps want different logos), and I guess if they stay put when they're the correct diameter we wouldn’t need to do one large piece. I guess we’ll have to wait and see
