I have a V6 model but have learned that they use the same fuel sending unit as the GT's. I figured I would have better luck finding an answer here than the V6 threads.

I am wondering if the stock pump can handle around 10 psi on E85 without a BAP? I have already burned through a pump from the VMP BAP and do not want to take that route again. I am only pushing 410WHP/470WTQ on E85 and do not think a dual pump setup is necessary.

I have been running no BAP on 91 octane with around 6-7psi no problem.

Any thoughts?

I would talk to your tuner but it should be good since GTs make 430-450 on E85 on stock fuel system.

GT350 pumps won't work unless you add a regulator and at that point you might as well do a return system.

Stock pump for the GT handles NA cars with 47lb injectors in that range all the time.

I forgot to previously mention that I have DW 65lb injectors.

I am wondering how come a single Walbro GSS342 or TIA400-2 will not work since Fore innovations uses two of the G models in their dual pump setup? I figured the TIA model supports 500+HP on E85 and would be sufficient for my application?

If you are talking about replacing the stock pump in your hat with one of those options then you would need to contact the manufacturer directly in order to have them add a venturi fitting to the pump. That is why those pumps wont work in the stock hat.

The billet hats modify the method by which the venturi system works and thus uses regular ole input/output pumps.

I know DW can build a pump for you with the venturi.

You may also contact Sai Li. I know he is modifying GT350/500 hats with Twin 465's so he may be modifying the output side of the pumps. He could probably make you a single hat with one of those pumps.
