Steeda X-Pipe w/ Active Exhaust

For anyone on the fences about adding an x-pipe to their 2018+ w/ Active Exhaust I took a video of mine.

The quality is great on the x-pipe. The welds looked awesome, and the fit and finish is top notch. For 130 bucks I don't think you can ask for more.

The sound compared to stock is much higher pitched, it screams up top, it not a traditional deep muscle car rumble.

The stock active exhaust already sounded amazing and this puts it over the top.

Here's a video of me taking off 1st - 3rd, shifting at 6k because I'm not fully through my break in miles yet:

I just did the exact same thing and it made a good sounding exhaust turn into an amazing sounding exhaust. Was really bad for MPG though. The pedal always seems to put itself to the floor even more now! Haha

I have the same setup too, love the way it sounds. I never heard how the setup sounded from the outside or shot any videos to check how loud it sounded. This one helps

Excellent, just picked up my new '19 that has the AE, which is awesome, but I could use just a __touch__ more sound. Don't want any drone, it's a convertible, so not quite as sound insulated for the occasional road trip.

It sounds like this X - or maybe the Steeda H (still listening to clips - plus the Active system is really close to what I want (and it's a pretty solid deal).

All I have is a cold start and a couple throttle blips. I also saw a nice little bump in torque from 2000-3800 rpm (Steeda H-pipe).

Wow, that's pretty fantastic. So just to clarify, that's an active exhaust?

I had a Solo Thunder on my '16 that I really liked, it went with the car, but I'm digging on the lower, more rumbling tone of the H-pipe + OEM setup (and the AE is very slick).

Yup. I’m not sure about anyone else but besides the Steeda H pipe I also deleted the resonator. I could’t ask for more. The car sounds like a race car in sport mode.
