Great write up. Looking forward to seeing this beast go. It's great to actually see progress and the issues that non mechanics run into and fix. On some of these installs they just go look look look done. It is refreshing to see this type of write up, done from someone garage.

The weld isn't that good. Its only on that one side, can't see anything from the other side. The other tab is thicker, but snapped off straight through the weld as well. I'm waiting to hear back from the tech department at Hellion. Meanwhile, I am getting it fixed locally today...
