That's definitely one reason why I am considering going with SBD, LPF or boostworks. All that heat under the hood.
Hello.

We sometimes get questions regarding the placement of turbos and preference etc. We have been building and installing turbo systems for over 20 years at this level, and we always opt to install the turbos in the engine compartment if space allows. (We have the means to place the turbos anywhere, and we have them up top on the 2015-2016 GT).

That being said, we prefer to have the turbos visible, and we send the necessary heat protection to insure flawless operation. These kits are installed in dealership vehicles and are made to be driven the life of the car.

Okay, thanks. I have been looking for the graph that compares the two turbos you offer and shows where the bigger turbos begin to have a benefit over the smaller ones. Do you happen to have that available? I believe I have seen it before online somewhere...

Hello.

Here is a graph comparison we did a while ago. Please let us know if you have any other questions. This was done with an auto trans.

Here's the update... The aftermarket exhaust I put on the car created some issues. It has an X pipe and it seems that it is creating some boost irregularities. They are going to remove the X pipe at the beginning of the week and Dyno again using 10 PSI.

Will you be on 93 for the 10psi? What is your fuel setup? Which boost controller are you using? Installing my kit next week, can't wait!

The low hanging down pipes is why I kind of shied away from this kit. Our roads around here suck since the drought a few years ago and they tend to be rutted and uneven.
