I had them do my full exhaust and springs. They are more expensive compared to other shops on these forums, but between them and Brad's I was quoted the same for headers.

There is one at my local dealer for $44.5k and is marked down to about $38k. I'd also check around for a better interest rate, unless you have bad credit, that is high.

It says sync 3 for the gt350, but under the tech package. Probably just not up to date considering its the QA version.
