hello new here. took mine in 02/05 with 1000 miles. they said it made no noise so on way home it did. went right back to dealer. service manager tested car and said he made it squeal thru whole dealership. everyone there knows the orange gt now. said they couldn't fine anything wrong but called ford hot line and was told ford was working on a fix. said they would call when ford had a fix. they called me to come in on 03/13. they had the new parts and put them on. everything fine so far . car build date 11/14/14 service car at sawgrass ford sunrise florida.

Just got back from getting the new rotors installed at McCoy Mills Ford and all seems good so far. The brake pedal feels firmer when applied. Keeping my fingers crossed. Took them about 1.5 hours to get it done. Because of us they realized that this wasn't normal. Our constant complaining worked. LOL!. Great Job!

Glad to hear it man!! I am a little annoyed because mine were supposed to come in today and now they are telling me they are having difficulty getting them and don't know when they will be in. Kinda pissed, especially seeing as how there's plenty of people on here getting theirs

Hey guys, I just spoke to my RSM about the issue of my brakes not being in yet and she told me that apparently the parts are a limited release so she is going to try and escalate my order since they are not en route yet. She also told me that Ford has added a few small parts to the TSB but she didn't say what and that could be what is taking so long. She did mention too that if a dealer says they have them in stock they might not be using the exact parts from the TSB so to be weary of that. If I get any more information I will let you guys know.

The new rotors look different compared to the old ones. They look more polished. Looks like a quality product.

I'm not doubting they gave you the right parts just cautioning people. I will be pretty pissed off if I have to wait and extended period of time for these parts to come in.

Talked to my dealer today for an update, they ordered the parts Thursday and Ford is saying up to 2 weeks. maybe they are having stocking issues.

Is the brake squeal restricted only to cars with PP? TSB 15-0030 was only for 5.0 and 2.3L built before 2/11. Convertibles were not allowed the PP option, so maybe one less defect for me to worry about when it finally arrives.
