High pitched squealing noise when wheel turned

2017 GT - just about 1000 miles on it..

When I have my wheel turned hard to the left or right and while moving I get what sounds like a pulley squealing.
I've tried revving the engine all the way to the limiter while stationary - wheel turned hard over and I don't hear the squealing noise; but if I'm am giving it gas in gear while turning I get the noise.

Not sure why being stopped vs moving would make a difference if it was a pulley. Could it be EPS? Hoping someone with more knowledge than I can diagnose off those symptoms.

Turned out it was a rock lodged between one of the brakes / rotors. Became a constant high pitched noise from hell whenever moving. It dislodged itself after a few miles.
