Spacers On Bullitt?

Ive been running 25mm spacers front & rear for 35,000 miles including many gravel & dirt roads & have had No paint damage so far, granted on dirt roads i go slow but any guard that extends out would give you some reassurance & protection

Geez, I ran a 23mm/25mm on my OEM PP wheels, and within 2-3K miles, I was getting "peppering" on the front and rear, on the lower panels. That 35,000 miles must've been in your driveway

Hard to say, they're on the smaller side. The main thing with splash guards is the mounting design, I had some different ones on my '16, but used the RokBlokz on my '19 and they're fantastic. Mine are almost a year old, they still look new, and the mounting design was slick. No 3M/tape, just fasteners, clips, I mean, they're only $99 for front and rear, so it's not a bunch of extra cost.

I'm kind of like, if you're going to do anything at all, make it really count.

Agree totally with the RokBlokz. I had ZL1 Addons before on my 17 GT and they were crap.

If 20mm will clear the wheel lug pockets (with Bullit wheels) that would be a much better (IMO) fitment. Like I said, I found the 23mm to be pretty close, another 3mm would've been perfect (talking the rear).

I can confirm that there is most definitely sufficient space behind the wheel face for the nuts for 20mm. You'll have to spray the outer edges of the spacers black else they'll be very noticeable through the Bullitt wheels.

I can't stand mud guards, so rather have nothing than those things. But I have to say those above pass my 'anal' test. Ha ha. Not a lot of protection, but better than nothing. A nice compromise . But it's a shame they don't make for the front too, which is the most needed IMO. Will probably leave it alone, since I'm not touching the wheels.

Rokblokz do very good quality, very subtle front and rear. They look like oem parts once they're on. Agree it's the fronts you need them for most if you go wider stance

I’ll add this one additional thing about splash guards, specifically the RokBlokz is that with a stock wheel offset, stock ride height, they are a bit more visible, but with spacers, or a wider more positive of the aftermarket wheel, they kind of blend in.

Oh, that’s cool, the performance package wheels even had a tiny amount of contact with the 23 mm spacers, just a tiny bit of filing resolved it but a 20 mm would’ve definitely not work.

I can see what you’re saying about the visibility of the spacers behind the Bullit wheels, FYI, there’s a manufacturer who makes a spacer and it’s black anodized.

Nope....9 hours every day, Boca Raton to Jupiter to Belle Glade...I-95, Turnpike, Dirt & Gravel roads

But my hood & front bumper are beat to $%*t from gravel trucks

20mm spacers in the front
1 inch spacers in the rear
Rokblokz guards in the rear
What do you guys think I think this’ll give me the bigger rear wheels I want without giving me a weird difference in offset between the front and back.

If you put different size front a rear, then you’ll mess with Fords original track difference between front and back. This will effect the likelihood of her being more fidgety at the back. However small. The stone guards? As the front wheels turn, you will for sure need them to protect your bodywork

This is not functional at all and I really really don't want to be mean but this is gross and looks like a skateboard. Listen to aftermarket companies that make spacers for track purposes. Steeda recommends 1' front and 20mm rear. and this is what it looks like on my car. I didn't use locktite or whatever I just used my tq wrench and tightened them to 150 pounds.

Do you have aftermarket wheels?
Stock wheels have a relief on the back of the flange that the stock studs will fit into, many aftermarket wheels do not have this
