awesome news! can't wait to hear your racing impression after you put it through it's paces. i ran on hoosiers this past weekend on the stock shocks and lowering springs. not fun!

what's the deal with that rear spring? did you manage to find a something with the rate and static ride height that you wanted to start with? or are you planning to get shorter spring + tender with an adjuster like this eventually?

The rear spring is just temporary until the articulating height adjusters are done.

MCS Coilovers and Vorshlag Camber plates are finally on. I have one week to test and set them up for Ultimate Street Car!

How's the fitment with those 11" wheels up front? Looks like they poke out from the fender a bit.
I wanted to order a set of 19x11 squared this week from Vorshlag.

With stock camber there is a small amount of poke. Now that I have the camber plates, they are under the fender. Never had a clearance problem though.

Did you put the car on the alignment rack before you touched the suspension? Curious to know what the stock GT w/ PP has for negative camber. Looks a bit over 1* to me.

I did. I have the numbers at the shop. I will try to remember to post them tomorrow.

Still running the stock seats? I am locking for some low aftermarket mounts for lighter, racier seats.

What camber did you have to run to get them to tuck?

I was going to say... some of that picture looks familiar...

I'll be running on the A&M tour lot this weekend on Hoosiers and lowering springs. I don't know any different and it'll be the first dry course since I picked it up, so I imagine it will still be a hoot.

The car worked amazing at Optima Ultimate Street Car this weekend. What a difference the Vorshlag Camber Plates and MCS Coilovers made!

Sock, do you have the open or sealed rear cover on your GoPro? The open one is good for fairly high speeds and allows all the sweet sounds through :)
