Two biggest hurdles of the install are complete! Decided to upgrade to a Ron Davis heat exchanger (thanks ADM Performance) and was able to keep my AIRAID intake with a custom inlet pipe! Magnuson Superchargers Kit is well designed.

Did you already install the Livernois OPGs and did they go in easier with them pre installed in the oil pump housing?

Magnuson Supercharger install complete!

Magnuson Supercharger install is complete! Just need to send the intake tube out for Powder Coat and tidy up the wiring. Time to load up the HP Tuner nGauge and start the tuning process.

Results!

The goal was to make 550rwhp with low boost to limit the amount of heat we make...The results are in, and with the help of HP Tuners nGauge, We are right on the number! Track testing to follow so we can data log temps to determine if we need to augment cooling in any of the other systems.

Lower CG

Big thanks to our buddy Kelly @bmrsuspension. Their S550 motor mounts will allow us to drop the Coyote .5 inches to lower the CG of the extra 30 lbs we have added to the top! Quality pieces for sure!

If you have more than average "use" or higher miles on your car you might want to just have us properly install a new gear set into a brand new pump! Then all you have to do it bolt the new loaded pump on!

Install time is normally around 8 hours. You can do the billet chain gear at the same time.

GoodGuys AutoX

We headed to the Goodguys Lonestar Nationals for All American Sunday to go for our 3rd consecutive Win in the late model class. This was my first time to drive the car on an AutoX course since we installed the Magnuson supercharger, and it was like riding a bull! I hade my laptop and HP Tuners cable on board so we could work on a tune specifically for autoX, and although we made some headway, it is going to taek quite a bit of tuning to make the car deliver power the way I need it to. With that said, I was still able to pull off the fastest time of the day for the win!
