130 KMH (or 80.7 MPH) is an automatic loss of license for a month
145 KMH (90.09 MPH) is an automatic 3 months
Speed cameras usually have a 3 KMH tolerance, that's 1.86 MPH
Anything near 100 MPH or more, is immediate license suspension, vehicle impound at your cost, court, big fine, possible time served, possible permanent loss of vehicle.

Many, many times they've lost those that they've been chasing. I have in my early 30's got away from them. NW Arkansas is a GREAT place to dive into corners.

Have literally had myself and 6 other riders(sport bikes) off in the woods as we watch the LEO go past looking for us after turning around. If they ever got close enough for your plate you might as well stop immediately!

Cops don't have that authority in Ky. All they can do is impound your car and take you to jail. The Judge sets the consequences.
