very likely. What's the point of a pursuit vehicle if it has no equipment to do a PIT without destroying the car? The majority of these are "community outreach".

Nope. The State police of South Carolina has a number of them.

Not all of them are as aggressive as GA State Police (love watching YouTube’s of GSP pitting takeover morons btw). Some could be strictly pursuit with backup on the way

Our local law enforcement has a handful of vehicles they’ve confiscated over the years that they use strictly for community outreach, holiday parades, etc. They still have some old D.A.R.E. cars from the 90’s too, including an F Body Camaro drag car.
